Over the last decade, Moni has been travelling, learning and teaching yoga all over the world within our global yoga community.
Yoga practitioner since 2000. Certified teacher since 2010 as a Bikram Traditional Hot Yoga after a 9 week intensive training, 300HR Vinyasa Certified & 100HR Yin Certified, plus countless hours on the mat in A studio, at the park, on the beach, in the forest, by a lake and at home.
Ever since she can remember, Moni has been deeply inspired by the healing arts of energy and the strength we can learn from animal spirit medicine through shamanic meditations. Moni is a Reiki Level II Practitioner, LEVEL i shamanic meditation guide and remains a constant student of life.
Over the years, we put our bodies to the test by carrying stress and emotional tension in our bodies. These pressures we put on ourselves often translate to tightness, twists, pulls and misalignment.
In Moni’s class, prepare to move your face muscles in order to smile at yourself, learn to fall gracefully and jump back into a grounded state to try again. Believe in your own personal change and evolution within your body, as well as, your mind. Feel your spirit rise and shine stemming from your own endurance. Stay together, be as perfect as you are.
Being vegan is truly the essence of a holistic yogi practice, at the very least, this day in age we must do everything possible to protect our mother earth including all the sentient beings that make it whole.
